ASAP Lane

Run your own board.
Or let us dispatch for you.

ASAP Lane is the phone-first dispatcher board our own agency runs on — your dispatch dashboard in your pocket. Run your board on it yourself, hire the agency to run it for you, or hand us just the paperwork — and whichever way in you take, you watch every load, every driver’s check-ins and every invoice as it happens.

Founding list open — December beta first, public launch in January.
The ASAP Lane app on a phone — the real Home screen: this week’s earnings and the loads that need you now
The Trucks screen — the agency’s own desk.

One system, three ways in

Every way in runs on the same load-first system — the difference is who does the work.

01 · The app

Dispatch yourself

$19.99/mo founding rate

The same system, your own seat. Snap the rate con, let the AI fill the load, send your driver a free status link, and invoice in one tap. The founding rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed — after the first 50 seats it’s $39.99/mo. 30-day free trial, no card to start.

  • One board for every truck, carrier and load you run
  • AI rate-con scanning — nothing saves until you confirm it
  • Driver check-ins — every update from the driver’s phone, tied to its load
  • Carrier switcher — every carrier you run, from one account and one board
  • Driver status links — no app, no account for drivers
  • Grow out of the agency? Graduate to your own seat and keep your trucks, history and documents
02 · The agency

We dispatch for you

5% per accepted load

You never buy software. We hunt freight, negotiate the rate and vet the broker — then you approve every load by phone before it books. Only booked loads ever go on the board. From there you watch it run in the app: the rate con, the driver’s updates as they land, the broker invoice, our fee invoice, and exactly what you earned. No phone-and-spreadsheet guessing about the money.

  • 4% per accepted load for your first 30 days — then 5% flat, on every truck
  • Freight hunting, rate negotiation and broker credit checks
  • Carrier packet, rate con, check calls and detention follow-up
  • Broker invoicing and factoring paperwork for the loads we run — chased until you’re paid
  • The app included as your window — loads, driver updates, documents and earnings, any time
03 · Paperwork

Paperwork only

1% per invoice

Don’t want full dispatch — or the app? We’ll run your invoicing for 1% per invoice — $15 minimum, capped at $250 a month per truck, and your first three invoices are free. No account, no login, and no app to learn — only our desk signs in. Send us the rate con and the POD; we build the broker invoice under your name and MC from our workspace, send it the same day your documents are complete, and track it until it’s paid. Your records stay yours, with a full export on request or on exit.

Paperwork-only service in three steps: you send the rate con and POD, ASAP Lane builds and sends the invoice, and it is watched until it's paid

See it in action

Real screens, in the order a load runs — the same board whether you run it or the agency does.

  1. The New load form after the scanner read a signed rate confirmation: upload card on top, and the form filled in — broker confirmation 48213, pickup Fresno, CA, delivery Reno, NV, rate $2,150 — waiting for a truck to be chosen before it can save
    01

    Snap the rate con

The scanner’s draft — Fresno to Reno, $2,150 — held for your check before it saves.

  2. The Loads board in the real app — booked loads for the selected carrier, each card showing the lane, truck, driver, equipment, rate, miles and rate per mile
    02

    Track the load

Follow the load as the driver checks in — status, rate, miles and RPM, all on the load.

  3. Invoices for one carrier, with two drafts ready to review — Fresno, CA to Reno, NV for $2,150 marked Ready and Reno, NV to Boise, ID for $1,000 marked Needs BOL — plus Draft, Sent, Paid and Overdue tabs
    03

    Invoice & email it

Invoices for one carrier — drafts marked Ready or Needs BOL, under Draft, Sent, Paid and Overdue tabs.

Extras that ride on every load

Not separate tools to learn — these sit on the load itself, whichever way in you took.

Email the broker, from the load

Send the carrier packet, BOL, POD and invoice straight from the load. It goes out under your company name, and replies land in your own inbox — no hunting through a separate email thread.

Driver check-ins

Every check-in from the driver’s phone lands on the load — status and progress as it happens, without a check call. You and the carrier see the same update at the same time. Live GPS is the next build after launch.

Detention clock

One shared clock the driver starts on arrival, so detention time is documented, not argued.

Documents

BOL, POD and your carrier packet stay attached to the load they belong to.

Weekly earning view

Running Amazon Relay? We do the paper.

Relay pays on Amazon’s clock and Amazon’s math — and when the math is wrong, the fight lives inside your Relay account, one invoice line at a time. We do that work for you: the weekly statements, the payment checks and the dispute packets, without ever holding your password or touching your money.

1% per invoice

Paperwork only, for carriers already approved on Amazon Relay — same simple price as our regular paperwork service, no flat monthly fee, and no account or login for you. Only our desk signs in; we keep your trucks, drivers and loads as records in our workspace and send you finished statements and packets. The first thing you see from us is a number: what Amazon underpaid you, with the proof next to it. Amazon pays you directly, the same as always.

  • Weekly driver statements — every load one clean line: driver, lane, miles, what Amazon paid and what Amazon should have paid
  • Every payment checked against the booked payout — base rate, fuel surcharge and tolls — and every short flagged the same week, not months later
  • A dispute packet built for every wrong payment — load papers, payment record and timestamps assembled, ready to file on the exact invoice line in your Relay account
  • Every fight tracked to Amazon’s answer — filed date, deadline and outcome in front of us, so nothing expires quietly; if Amazon refuses, we build the stronger second packet
  • A monthly summary per truck — total hauled, total paid, total found short and total recovered
  1. 01

    You send the week’s pages

Each week you send us your Relay payment pages from your own account — files if you can, screenshots if you can’t, photos if you must. We never ask for your password, and nobody emails Amazon — disputes live inside Relay.

  2. 02

    We check every payment

We match each load to its driver, rebuild the week into clean per-driver statements, and check every payout against what was promised. Shorts are flagged the same week they happen.

  3. 03

We build the fight — you tap send

For every wrong payment we assemble the full proof packet and the exact words for that invoice line. You open the invoice in your own Relay account and send it — two minutes of tapping — or grant us Administrator access and we file it directly. Either way, we track Amazon’s answer to the end.

Questions, answered

Pricing and service

What does dispatching myself cost?

$19.99/mo at the founding rate — $39.99/mo at the standard rate. One plan, everything included.

What does the dispatch service cost?

4% of gross per accepted load for your first 30 days, then 5% flat — nothing for loads you decline, and nothing on weeks you don’t run.

If you dispatch for us, how do we get the app?

You don’t buy it — it comes with the dispatch service, and your window is live from your first booking.

The app

Is live GPS tracking included?

Not yet — live GPS is the next build after launch. Today every load runs on driver check-ins: the driver gets a free link by text and sends status updates and the POD from his phone, and you watch them land on the load as they happen.

Do my drivers need to install anything?

No — they get a free link by text. They tap it, see the load, and send updates from their phone’s browser. No app, no account, no password.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. ASAP Lane runs in your phone’s browser, so there’s nothing to install — open it, sign in, and your whole board is there.

What does the AI actually do?

It reads rate cons. Snap the signed rate confirmation and the scanner fills the load form from it — lane, rate, dates, broker reference. You confirm every field before anything is saved, and you can edit the read first if anything looks off.

Is my data separate from other companies?

Yes. Every account gets its own company workspace — your trucks, loads, documents and invoices are never shared with or visible to another company.

Paperwork and Amazon Relay

How does paperwork-only invoicing work?

At the 1% terms in the offer above — and here is what the offer doesn’t cover: you sign a one-page service agreement that appoints us as your agent, and send each load’s documents by email or phone photo — no account is opened in your name, so you receive no login and no welcome email. The packet goes to the broker or your factor. Each month you receive a statement of who owes you, and the full export — invoice, rate confirmation and POD for every load, with payment status — is yours on request or on exit, with deletion on request. If you later want full dispatch, we add it on the same records; if you want your own seat, we create your account at that point and move your history over from the export.

Do you work with Amazon Relay carriers?

Yes — if you’re already approved on Amazon Relay, we’ll run the Relay paperwork at the same 1% terms and in the same desk-only way as our regular paperwork service: no account is opened for you, no login is issued, and you don’t need the app or the dispatch service to use it. What the weekly work includes is listed in the Amazon Relay section above.

How do Amazon Relay disputes actually get filed?

Inside your Relay account — Amazon doesn’t take disputes by email, and every invoice line has its own dispute button. We assemble the whole fight for you: the proof packet, the exact wording and the invoice line it belongs to. Then you open that invoice in your own account and send it — about two minutes — or you grant us Administrator access in Relay and we file it directly; you stay the account owner and can revoke that access at any time. Amazon’s answers come back to us as screenshots or files so we can track the case and build the follow-up if Amazon refuses.

ASAP Lane Logistics Effective: November 7, 2026

Who we are

ASAP Lane Logistics (“ASAP Lane”, “we”, “us”) provides truck dispatch services and a dispatch management app for dispatchers and carriers. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at profitlaneusa@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, phone number and company name when you create an account.
  • Carrier and business information you provide: MC and USDOT numbers, insurance and operating authority documents, and W-9 forms.
  • Load information: rate confirmations, pickup and delivery locations and times, bills of lading, proof-of-delivery documents and receipts, entered by you or uploaded by drivers through a driver link.
  • Driver information: driver name, phone number, truck details, load status updates, and check-ins a driver shares through the driver link.
  • Payment information for our own service fees, processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We never handle freight payments: brokers pay carriers, or their factoring companies, directly.

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the dispatch board and our dispatch services.
  • To create and send invoices and broker document packets.
  • To send load alerts, status notifications and service emails.
  • To provide support, keep accounts secure, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

  • With brokers, carriers and factoring companies: the documents needed for the loads you work, such as rate confirmations, proofs of delivery, invoices and carrier documents.
  • With service providers that run parts of our product (app hosting, email delivery, file storage), only the information they need to do their work.
  • When required by law.

We never sell personal information.

Driver links

Drivers receive a private link for each load. No account or app install is needed. The link shows the load’s status information, and a location is shared only when the driver checks in.

Your records and choices

Your business records remain your property. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We keep records only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal requirements.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security

Accounts are password-protected and we limit access to your information.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
